"I came to Nadja exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from my own health. I didn't even know where to start. What I didn't expect was someone who actually listened. She never made me feel judged, never made me feel like I'd left it too late. She just helped me figure out what was possible, and then helped me get there. Six months on, I feel like myself again. I hadn't realised how much I'd missed that."
— Claire, 43, London
"Nadja has this rare ability to make you feel completely at ease while also being completely straight with you. No false promises or overwhelming goals I'd abandon by Tuesday. Just honest, practical advice that actually fit my life.”
— Andrea, 30, London
"I'd spent so long drowning in conflicting advice. This diet, that supplement, relying on social media to tell me what to do. It felt impossible to know who to trust. Nadja was the antidote to all of it. Calm, clear, and completely uninterested in the noise. She cut through years of confusion in a single conversation, and what she gave me instead was so simple I almost couldn't believe it had taken this long. I finally feel like I know what I'm doing, and more importantly, why."
— Jess, 39, London

Healthy employees are happier, more productive, and less likely to burn out.

For organisations that want to go beyond a single session, the Big Spoon Educational Series offers a structured programme of talks delivered across several weeks. Each one builds on the last, so that knowledge accumulates.
Covering the same core topics as the keynote series, the series is designed to give employees the time and space to absorb, apply, and come back with questions.
Employees return each week with more context, more questions, and more confidence. Organisations get something that a single session can never deliver: measurable, sustained impact on the way their people think about and manage their health.
All series are tailored to your industry, team size and objectives. Get in touch to discuss what a series could look like for your team.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. BiG SPooN is not a GP service. I do not prescribe medication, diagnose conditions, or replace the care of your existing medical team. What I will do is work alongside that care — helping you understand your health, build sustainable habits, and take meaningful control of the lifestyle factors that matter most.
-
In many cases, yes. Lifestyle medicine and nutrition support can be hugely beneficial for people managing chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or hormonal imbalances. However, Big Spoon is not designed to replace medical treatment. If you have a complex or acute medical condition, I will always recommend you speak to your GP in the first instance, and will work collaboratively within those boundaries.
-
A nutritionist focuses primarily on food and diet. Nadja's approach combines specialist nutrition knowledge with lifestyle medicine; a broader, evidence-based framework that also addresses sleep, movement, stress, and behaviour change. It is the difference between changing what is on your plate and understanding everything that shapes why it is there.
-
It is a genuinely confusing landscape, and one worth understanding before you choose who to work with.
I am a registered nutritionist, holding an MSc in nutrition accredited by the Association for Nutrition — the UK's leading professional body for evidence-based nutrition practice. My recommendations are grounded in peer-reviewed science and held to rigorous academic and professional standards.
Nutritional therapy is a separate discipline, typically practised by those trained to diploma level. It often incorporates approaches that fall outside the mainstream evidence base. Some clients find value in this, but it is a different offering to what BiG SPooN provides.
It is also worth knowing that in the UK, neither the title "nutritionist" nor "nutritional therapist" is legally protected, meaning, in theory, anyone can use them. This makes credentials more important than ever. When working with me, you can be confident that my nutrition practice is underpinned by a Master's degree, AfN accreditation, and a medical training that adds a layer of clinical rigour that most nutrition practitioners simply do not have.

All one-to-one sessions are currently delivered online, making them accessible wherever you are. Corporate talks are available both in person and virtually.

Especially for you. Cutting through the overwhelm is exactly what Big Spoon is built for. You do not need to arrive with any prior knowledge, just a willingness to make some changes. BiG SPooN will handle the rest.
-
You will leave with a clear, personalised action plan : practical, specific, and built around your actual life. No overwhelming overhauls, no unachievable targets. Just a set of evidence-based steps that are genuinely manageable, and a clearer sense of what good health looks and feels like for you.
-
Absolutely. Many clients choose to continue after their programme ends, and sessions can be arranged on whatever basis suits your life, goals and schedule, whether that is a monthly check-in, a seasonal review, or something more regular during periods of change. Get in touch and we will work out what makes sense for you.
